Pastor Milner was born and raised in Alabama. He has a B.S. degree from Auburn University in Alabama and a Master of Divinity degree from Anderson School of Theology in Anderson, Indiana. He was called to become pastor at Roanoke First Church of God in December 1986 and his first Sunday with us was December 21. His Installation Service as Pastor was held February 1, 1987. He received a Doctor of Ministry degree from Anderson School of Theology in May 1997. Pastor Milner and his wife, Loma, has served the Roanoke church for the past 19 years. Pastor Milner has been involved in many aspects of the church including many state and local boards and committees.
